Anxious to protect your personal data as well as possible, Nature et Paysage informs you by this privacy policy (hereinafter " Politique de Confidentiality ") of the way which your personal data is collected and processed.

Our Privacy Policy is intended for each of you, whether you are customers or not, members of our loyalty program or not, as well as visitors to our website www.natureetpaysage.com (hereinafter the “Site”). 1. What data do we collect from you?

During your visits to our site and/or when you register for our loyalty program, including in stores, we collect information about you on a voluntary basis. This information is either transmitted directly by you when creating your customer account on the website or when registering for the loyalty program (title, surname, first name, email address, number of your loyalty card) and/or when placing your order (postal address, billing address if different and information relating to your means of payment) and if necessary if you choose it by checking the box provided for this purpose, we can save your bank details which are however kept directly with our service provider.

10. Securing your means of payment

For transaction security, Nature et Paysage  offers you a secure online payment system. When paying for your orders, your bank details are encrypted and transmitted in unintelligible form in accordance with the HTTPS system.
